Who does this affect?
This problem is generally affects working women. Employers and other officials are the ones who need to listen to us so we can make this change.
What is the issue?
Women are almost half of the workforce. They are the equal, if not main, breadwinner in four out of ten families. They receive more college and graduate degrees than men. Yet, on average, women continue to earn considerably less than men. In 2015, female full-time workers made only 79 cents for every dollar earned by men, a gender wage gap of 21 percent. Women, on average, earn less than men in virtually every single occupation for which there is sufficient earnings data for both men and women to calculate an earnings ratio.
When?
We want wage equality between women and men as soon as possible.
Where?
Both women and men should be equal all around the globe, but for a start I would like to see men and women receiving equal pay in the working field of america.
How?
Through throwing out the traditional belief that women are inferior to men and showing that both women and men are equal. This can be advocated through sending emails to officials and starting petitions for equal pay.
